APPLYING WELLNESS TO ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE
Wellness in all aspects of life starts with a centered heart. Notice what is going on inside you. Are you feeling calm, creative, curious? Are you excited, empathetic and energized? What are you feeling? Notice it without judging it. Focus on Jesus' presence with you and give it all to Him. Pray with thanksgiving and present your requests to Him.

CALMING BREATHING TECHNIQUES
Put your feet flat on the floor and take some deep breaths. Breathe through some short phrases that help you focus on Jesus. For example, when you breathe out you can think, "When I am afraid" and when you breathe in you can think "I will trust in You." This will slow and steady your breathing and calm both your body and your mind. Imagine you are in a place where you feel completely safe and peaceful. Focus on Jesus presence with you there and begin to pray.
